Mehta Developers has been into Reality Development & Construction in and
around Mumbai since 1980, and till date have completed approximately
15.00 lakhs sq ft of the work to the satisfaction of buyers. The Projects

Management team
Mahendrabhai Mehta, a Commerce Graduate started his career as a Project Contractor in 1970. He has been a contractor associated with BMC, Central Bank and Canara Bank. He has constructed factory building for J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited at Ankaleshwar, Gujarat. In 1980 he started his own business for construction and development work in real estate. He has experience of more than 40 years in construction and real estate.
Mr. BHAVESH MEHTA has been actively involved since 1994 in the group projects and have shared financial and managerial responsibilities of all the deals and projects undertaken by the group since then. His vision, being articulate, and realistic approach helps him to lead from the front. He has carried forward the legacy of Shri Mahendrabhai Mehta in developing mega projects. He has been instrumental in executing and implementing redevelopment projects for the Mehta Developers.
